Project details:

The Tarcutta Bypass is a new seven kilometre divided highway to be built to the west of Tarcutta, joining the existing Hume Highway to the north and south of the village.

KMH provided the Environmental Approvals team for the start-up phase of the project. KMH prepared, and obtained, the Construction Environment Management Plan and the Environment Protection Licence. In addition, the team prepared the environmental work method statements, the site erosion and sediment control and landscaping and revegetation handbooks, and undertook environment assessments for project changes. KMH delivered the approvals to program which allowed for the timely start of construction.
