The Richmond Line Alliance (RLA) is an alliance formed between Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation (TIDC) and specialist rail construction and design organisations (including Leighton Contractors). 

RLA is currently delivering Stage 1 of the Richmond Line Duplication rail construction project between Quakers Hill and Schofields in north-western Sydney. 

From 2008 to 2010, KMH fulfilled the roles of Environmental Manager and Environmental Approvals Coordinator and successfully managed the Alliance’s contribution to the Project Environmental Assessment through to Project approval. KMH obtained the necessary approvals to commence construction within a tight 4 week timeframe from project approval and contributed to the incorporation of sustainability through the design and construction phases.
