The Sapphire to Woolgoolga project involves upgrading the Pacific Highway between the northern NSW coastal town of Woolgoolga to Sapphire in the central west of the State. The project is being delivered by a joint venture of Leighton Contractors and Fulton Hogan for the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA).
KMH’s role involved preparation of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and other environmental advice relating to the execution of the conditions of approval for the project. These efforts assisted the project team to submit and win the tender in 2009 and then helped deliver the environmental approval, an environment risk workshop and early work method statements. |
