KMH is providing environmental advice including impact assessments of the proposed developments, as part of Opus International's Concept Design Team, technical advisor to Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation.

The proposed developments would substantially increase the availability of commuter car parking spaces at St Marys and Blacktown Stations.
