The M2 Upgrade Project involves the widening of sections of the M2 Motorway in Sydney to incorporate an additional lane (including through Norfolk Road Tunnel) and the construction of new entry / exit ramps along its length.

The Project is being delivered by Leighton Contractors on behalf of its client Transurban Group and KMH has been engaged to fulfil the roles of Environmental Manager and the Environmental Approvals team.   

KMH was responsible for managing the delivery of the Part 3A Environmental Assessment for the Project and providing key input into the design of the Project.  Upon successful receipt of project Approval in late 2010, KMH continued in the Environmental Approvals Management role to manage all environmental planning and approvals during the construction phase of the project.
