KMH has been commissioned by NSW Housing to assist in the provision of social housing in Western Sydney. The program of works is part of the Federal Government’s Nation Building and Jobs Program designed to stimulate the economy and provide jobs by prioritising the provision of essential infrastructure.

KMH, in conjunction with Envisage, a specialist planning and urban design firm located in Newcastle, were selected to provide specialist planning and environmental approvals advice on proposed new developments. KMH is acting in a dual capacity for the project, managing the delivery of services from a number of specialist firms as well as conducting the necessary planning, environmental assessment and stakeholder consultation.
