KMH were commissioned by Opus International Consultants to be part of the Technical Advisory team responsible for the delivery of Concept and Detailed Designs under Transport Construction Authority's (TCA) Commuter Car Parks and Transport Interchange Program.

Our role is to provide environmental input to the design process regarding key environmental and social issues for a multi-storey car park in Mount Druitt including the production of an Review of Environmental Factors (REF) under Part 5 of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979. This work follows on from our successful completion of two REFs in 2009 for the TCA's (formerly Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation) Commuter Carparks Program.
