The Kempsey Bypass Alliance (KBA) is an alliance between the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA), Leighton Contractors and AECOM.

The project involves a 14.5km Pacific Highway bypass of the township of Kempsey on the mid north coast of NSW.

Since its commencement in November 2009, KMH has managed the environmental approvals process including preparation and delivery of the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and Environment Protection Licence (EPL) and early works environmental assessments in the lead up to the commencement of construction.
