The Ballina Bypass Alliance is an alliance between the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) and the road construction and design organisations (including Leighton Contractors).  The Alliance  is currently delivering a 12.4 km dual carriageway road which extends from Ballina to Tintenbar in northern NSW.   

Since its commencement in 2007 through to 2010, KMH worked collaboratively with the Alliance environment team to successfully deliver environmental permits and approvals to facilitate construction activities.
