Services Provided: Evaluation of all dust emissions and management practices, dispersion modelling and representation in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT)

Project details:

KMH (formerly SIA) acted as legal expert witness for the Greater Geelong City Council regarding a Development Proposal for a cement batching plant. An assessment of operation at similar plants was conducted to determine any potential off-site effects from the proposed development. As a result, changes to the plant design and dust management strategies were adopted.
